In India, we have 760 million Smart Phones and 400 million ( 40 crore ) Feature phones
Ø  Most likely those feature phones are being used by Unorganized Workers
Ø  Govt should replace these FREE, with ( 4G ) Smart phones upon surrender of feature phones
Ø  At Rs 1,000 per phone ( if 40 crore were ordered ), that would cost the Govt, Rs 40,000 Cr
Ø  These smart phones must be pre-installed with  FACIAL RECOGNITION  features and an app as described in my following blog / email :

These days , Sahara-Shree Subroto Roy seems to be , Be-Sahara Shree !

He is in jail for past 3 months or so

And Supreme Court won't let him out on bail , unless he deposits Rs 5,000 Crores in cash and furnish a surety bond of an equal amount

Then within a few weeks , Supreme Court wants him to hand over to SEBI , Rs 24,000 Crores that SEBI claims he raised illegally from " Public "

But Subroto says ,

" What public ?

I am ready to pay-off all of my depositors , if only , they would come forward to claim their deposits


I have raised , a few rupees each ( Rs 5 - Rs 10 ), from millions of small
depositors , all of whom , gave their postal address as , " Delhi-Agra Road ", or " Kanpur - Lucknow Road "


I just can't find them "

Now , all of us ( Supreme Court and SEBI included ) , know that ,

> Those Rs 24,000 Crores belong to politicians ( - most who got defeated in
recent Lok Sabha elections ) , businessmen / bureaucrats / film stars etc

>  Each of them have given this in CASH to Sahara-Shree ( Range : Rs 10 -
100 crores )

>  Sahara-Shree knows that they don't dare to publicly ask him to return
their deposits . He managed to render them be-sahara !

>   Neither Sahara , nor SEBI have true addresses of those fake depositors

So , what happens now ?

>  Subroto will be forced to sell most of his properties to raise money

>  To ensure that there is no hanky-panky in sale of these properties ,
Supreme Court may appoint some world-famous Real Estate
Consultants to conduct e-Auctions for each of these assets

>    SEBI will have a windfall of Rs 24,000 Crores that no one wants !

>    SEBI will deposit it with banks and earn a fat interest - for ever

I would say , a smart way to convert BLACK money into WHITE money !

The United Nations Security Council will hold its first formal discussion on artificial intelligence (AI) this week in New York, with Britain to call for an international dialogue about its impact on global peace and security.

Governments around the world are considering how to mitigate the dangers of emerging AI technology, which could reshape the global economy and change the international security landscape.

Britain holds the rotating presidency of the UN Security Council this month and has been seeking a global leadership role in AI regulation.

British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly will chair the discussion on Tuesday.

In June, U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres backed a proposal by some artificial intelligence executives for the creation of an international AI watchdog body like the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Congratulations for your initiative . I hope the discussions in the Security Council
will result into a Regulatory Frame-work as proposed in my following blog .

In the matter of speedy delivery of justice ( the GOAL ) , our path is,

Ø  24 x 7 ,  “ Virtual Courts “ ( 10,000 must be set up by Dec 2024 )

Ø  Presided by retired judges ( “ per case “ fees with BONUS / PENALTY clause ),
operating From the comfort of their homes
( provided with fast internet connection and a large monitor )

Ø  Requiring no other infrastructure burden on the State

Apart from the above, following may be introduced in the Virtual Courts :

Ø  No adjournments (ex parte decisions in the very first– and only –online hearing )

Ø  All cross-examinations to be online

Ø  Centrally governed AI Software for following processes :

#  After online filing of a case , software will fix a date by which litigants
must submit ( online ), all the required documents and list of witnesses
( with their full contact details , including AADHAR ids )

#  Fixing the ( one and only ) “ Hearing Date / Time “ based on receipt of
ALL documents from the litigants and their lawyers, as mentioned above

#  If lawyers desire to quote a “case law“ / “previous court judgments",
these must be filed ONLINE , in advance , by a date fixed by the
software

#  If lawyers wish to submit any argument generated by AI , same
shall be declared as such

·   By employing 5 lakh engineers , India’s “ Tech R&D Firms “ earned $ 22 billion

That works to a billing of $  44,000 per man-year of R&D ( Export of Services )


I presume that the “ Manpower Cost “ constitute approx. 50 % of Billing Rate (
rest being OVERHEADS and  MARGIN )


·    Hence , Indian R&D firms must be paying an average of $ 22,000 per year to
its employees ( approx. Rs 1.2  lakh per month )


·   As against this , both , Indian as well as American firms pay ( on an average ) , $
88,000 per year to H1 B  visa holders

With this kind of “ Cost Advantage “ , is there a possibility to do better than the
projected earnings of $ 40  billion in 2020 ?

·        The overall services exports share has been 4% in 2022.
·        The surge in services exports is primarily driven by the computer, information
technology (IT), and telecom-related sectors. ]

MY  TAKE :

For past few years, I have been advocating embedding RFID sensors in high
denomination currency notes

Idea is to enable such notes to communicate to Income Tax department Central
MONEY – TRACKING server / software, through any nearby Mobile Phone

If implemented, this could drastically reduce the menace of BLACK MONEY

Till now providing power to those RFID sensors ( without also embedding a
miniscule battery in each note ) is a problem

May be IASST team’s innovation can overcome this limitation .

I urge IASST scientists to carry out further experiments to establish feasibility of
my suggestion
