Services Export : the Saviour

 Services Export : the Saviour

===========================================

It is high time our Policy Makers launch a new initiative ( of Export of
  Intellectual Property ) , called :

INDIA : the BRAIN FACTORY of THE WORLD

During an Interview with Business Line ( 16 April 2016 ) , the then CEO of Infosys , Vishal Sikka , said :

“ We have to re-imagine the notion of services “

In support of my belief  in the potential re-imagination of this “

Service Sector “ , allow me to quote Peter Diamandis

 {  https://lnkd.in/d5BBJ6Vk  ]  :

The Spatial Web is also giving way to “virtual company

headquarters” and completely virtualized   companies, where

employees can work from home or any place on the planet

Delocalize with VR, and you can now hire anyone with Internet access ( right next door or on the other  side of the planet )

Web 3.0 is changing the way we work, where we work and who we

work with.

Dear Shri Chandrasekharji,

Australia / EU introduced similar laws sometime back - which motivated Google to sign agreements with Online / Offline news-publishers , to pay them for collecting - compiling - displaying links to their original content .

When you introduce this law in India, Google will do the same - and pay Indian newspapers, a few hundred crore rupees annually

For BIG TECH companies, such payments are insignificant - one broken leg of a Centipede !

Of course, Indian citizen understand why politicians always want to " fight " for the Newspapers . Their " existence " depends upon which page of a newspaper - and in what font size - their name appears - and how often !

To me it appears that politicians are " closing their eyes " to the fact that the BIG TECH is :

# Compiling personal / private DATA of millions of its users , without obtaining their EXPLICIT permission

# Selling such PRIVATE DATA to advertisers for BILLIONS of dollars

# Not paying even a SINGLE RUPEE to the DATA-OWNER

So, what you are proposing is no more than the TIP of the proverbial ICEBERG !

But you are not a PROFESSIONAL politician . You have INDUSTRY background where you believe in an EQUITABLE VALUE EXCHANGE with your customers

It is still not too late to implement :

What for ?

For implementing my 3 YEAR old suggestion

What suggestion ?

A system for measuring the “ Actual Performance “ of any given Ministry against the “ Targeted Achievements “

Here are the details of my suggestion :

Ø  Simple Summary of Sankalp ……………………… [  10 April 2019  ]

https://lnkd.in/f4x8eKc

From my suggestion, following part is missing :

Online / mobile based ,“ Survey / Opinion Poll “ for public to provide its own “ rating “ (1-5 scale ) of the Minister’s performance ( once a quarter )

I hope some reader of this blog , creates a GOOGLE  SURVEY , for the items listed in my blog – where the “ Survey Format “ ( to be filled up on a Mobile App – which self-destructs after onetime use and could be downloaded only ONCE on that Mobile Phone )  could be as per following columns :

( A ) Serial No

( B ) Item Description

( C ) OUTPUT ( target ) - fixed as per 2019 BJP manifesto

( D ) By July 2022, how well do you think , has this target been
achieved ?

Rate by selecting :

Scale :

1…Not At All........................ ( 0 % )

2…Only Marginally............. (10 % )

3…Reasonably ........................( 50 % )

4… Very Good.........................  ( 75 % )

5… Excellent ...........................  ( 100 % )
