That advance heralds the birth of ARIHANT V 2.0

No more just finding out who is harbouring  Evil Thoughts  and then directing a human police to catch the  Evil Thinker  even before he can translate his evil thoughts into some  Evil Action

V 2.0 will neutralize those “ Evil Thoughts “ of the “ Evil Thinkers “ and replace those with “ Benevolent / Positive Thoughts “

Here is how that could happen :

In Electrical Engineering , we learned about “ Induced Current “

In a wire , which is rotated in a magnetic field , a current starts flowing

In much the same way , when a person thinking “ Good Thoughts “ walks by another thinking of “ Evil Thoughts “ , those evil thoughts will get neutralized and get replace with “ Good Thoughts “ !

Fortunately , in any crowd ( - equivalent to a magnetic field ) , persons thinking “ Good Thoughts “ outnumber the persons thinking “ Bad Thoughts “ ( - except in a meeting of terrorists )

But , even a terrorists has to mingle with “ Good Thought Thinkers “ , before he can do much harm

It seems DEO wants to revive this method for " Selection / Election " of MPs and MLAs !

Mumbai Desalination Plant : Some Missing Facts

 BMC is planning a desalination plant for residents of Malad / Manori

This project is under " planning " for over 2 years !

Even at current stage ( of awarding the contract ), many FACTS / DATA are not revealed by BMC !

BMC claims , it will use Solar Power only for electricity required to heat the salt water or for Reverse Osmosis process

That will require PV Solar Panels of 10 LAKH sq ft , costing over Rs 1,000 crore

I am afraid this will be unviable project . To know WHY , pl read on >

Central Govt

 Central Govt ( Ministry of Environment ) has announced a Scheme under which , any entity ( including individuals ) can earn GREEN CREDITS by undertaking one of the 8 activities prescribed by the Ministry

To me , there appears some confusion between Green Credit and Carbon Credit

 Have you ever wondered why - and how - L&T manages to complete its MEGA infrastructure projects , within estimated TIME and COST ?

Answer :

Almost 40 years ago , in 1983, L&T set up its first Cement Plant at Awarpur

L&T managed to achieve this in 2 years and Rs 70 Crore ( 1 million ton )

By using PERT - and without a single Computer ! I was a witness , who retired from L&T in 1990

I would not be surprised if today L&T just " feeds " a DPR ( Detailed Project Report ) for a new project , to an AI tool , which , within a matter of minutes, spews out :

> List of Activities to be undertaken
> Estimated Time for each activity
> PERT chart showing CRITICAL PATH
> Resources required for each activity
> Project Cost

No surprise here since I expect L&T to have developed its LLM AI , by training it on above mentioned DATA for thousands of projects that it has completed over the past 40 years !
