The govt's Open Data Policy, which recommends MONETIZATION of DATA, must be encouraged, and the country needs to allow for COMMERCIALIZATION of data, S Gopalkrishnan, told ET

Since the Legal Framework around data is evolving, India must provide LEADERSHIP to balance PRIVATE and PUBLIC interests and spur ECONOMIC ACTIVITY around data, Gopalkrishnan said

While minimally processed data sets shall be made freely available, detailed data sets that have undergone value addition, transformation and qualify for MONETISATION , may be priced appropriately, it said

On large companies being apprehensive about DATA LOCALISATION norms under the Data Protection Bill, Gopalkrishnan said, 
"  data about Indians belong to Indians and the ECONOMIC BENEFITS from this, MUST accrue to Indians "

The Centre has set in motion the process of creating the National Interlinking of Rivers Authority (NIRA), an independent autonomous body for planning, investigation, financing and the implementation of the river interlinking projects in the country.

Center will implement " River Interlinking " Project by 2025 , and for this, it will not require permission of any State

Make " Water Conservation / Usage " , a CENTRAL SUBJECT in our
Constitution . Remove it from the list of STATE SUBJECTS

*  Declare all existing sources of water ( Rivers and Lakes ) , as
National Resources belonging to entire Nation and not to the
particular State where these are located

       
*  Make it Center's responsibility to decide which State shall use how
    much of each of these resource ( allocation / rationing )

*  Center will also be responsible for developing of future resources
by  digging lakes & ponds / building dams / interlinking rivers &
lakes etc
    
    Use MNREGA funds for creating such assets

I urge you to get a panel of technical experts to examine / evaluate the suitability of the innovative BATTERIES described below, for pairing with Electric Stoves 
 and
 to replace LPG + Gas Stoves – especially the Power-Blox's  PBX-200 , which can be charged by a portable solar panels
 
 
Implementation of this innovative technology will simultaneously solve the following problems :

 
#   India is currently facing a huge power shortage . To overcome this

shortage, coal-based power plants are being revived with a

vengeance.
   
     Whereas everyone agrees that we have no IMMEDIATE alternative

to fossil fuel, in the long term this will make matters worse as far

as our CARBON REDUCTION targets are concerned
   
     
 
#   Due to prolonged war in Ukraine, international prices of all types

of petroleum gases are rising rapidly.
   
     Even if we succeed in sourcing LPG from mid-east, we will have to

fork-out huge amount of foreign exchange
