In the past few years, Inter-State Terrorism ( aggression ) and Proxy Wars, have proliferated all over the World
When such terrorism fails to achoieve its goals ( eg: annexing territories ) , Nuclear blackmail is holding the entire world at ransom
My following 6 YEAR old suggestion may sound IDEALISTIC but it is worth debating in absence of any alternative :
