We should " incentivize " new home constructions by offering rebates on Property Taxes , for those buildings which commit to incorporate following features ( as per NORMS prescribed ) :
# Wet and Dry Garbage Chutes
# Onsite Compost Pits
# Solar Panels for hot water
# Solar Panels for common lighting
# Solar Panel for EV battery charging
# Installation of Air Filter Towers
I believe, following features are already " mandatory " :
# Refuge Area
# Rain Water harvesting
# Self-contained parking arrangement
Nothing motivates like " Greed " !
