Dear Shri Gadkariji,
No doubt you are aware that , even honest / non-corrupt , babus are often afraid to take, what they genuinely believe to be the RIGHT DECISION ( in the best interest of the public and involving no gains to self or close Family Members ), simply because , in years to come, they do not want to be hounded by CBI - CVC - PAC etc
I urge you to consider my following suggestion to encourage QUICK decisions :
