Yesterday, PM dedicated to the Nation, " total electrification " of village of Modhera ( Gujarat ) , using " Ground-based and Rooftop based " solar power
All it required was :
> 12 hectares of land
> 1300 rooftops ( of village houses )
> Rs 80 Crore of funds
In news-reports, there was no mention of DEVELOPER / OWNER of this project
I believe this scheme was " modelled " after my following e-mail :
