Amid quota battle, govts yet to fill 28 lakh jobs https://lnkd.in/fXkYirf ==================================== Experts tell us that after recent amendment granting 10 % quota to " Upper Caste Poor " , almost 90 % of India's population got covered by the reservation That means, approx 12,000 lakh out of 13,000 lakh And only 28 lakh jobs to compete for ! And if you go by the process to fill up just 1 lakh vacancies in the railways ( - on for a year now ) , it might take the governments , 28 years to fill up those 28 lakh vacancies ! May be the persons who will eventually manage to land those jobs , are yet to be born ! =======================
