17 March 2020 News : Civic whip in Mumbai: Offices ordered to work at 50% of capacity Read more at: https://lnkd.in/gHEu7PA ======================= But of course, Government / MCGM , have no means to monitor the actual " attendance " ( vis-a-vis the full employee strength ) in thousands of offices - even assuming that there is a perfect / clear understanding by the office-owners and the MCGM staff , re what constitutes " non - essential services " And since this order covers only " OFFICES " , it is also a debatable issue in respect of " offices " which are attached to " FACTORIES " .
