As the appetite for ordering food in rather than dining outgrows, foodpreneurs like Barman see more sense in setting up virtual restaurants that exist only on apps rather than the brick and mortar kind which you could find on Google Maps.

Swiggy ? Zomato ? Barman ?
Are these E Commerce platforms ? Or should these be treated like NORMAL COMMERCE , since I make cash payments to their delivery boys , who arrive with the food at my doorsteps ?
To me, it does not matter ,if they are accepting payments " on behalf " of XYZ - or what arrangements they have with the restaurants or whether that food came from a neighbour's kitchen !
