RBI : how about an audible note ?

https://lnkd.in/fvf4q-S Dear Shri Jaitleyji Even though it would seem ironical , redesigning currency notes for the visually impaired , could be the perfect solution for reducing / eliminating the cancer of BLACK MONEY which is corroding the moral fabric of our society RBI is in the process of designing / launching a SOFTWARE which would help visually impaired persons to correctly identify the denominations of various currency notes This SOFTWARE will be free and installed on all mobile phones ( - pl , do make it mandatory for all mobile phones sold in India ) And since redesign of Currency Notes is something which RBI does with regularity, my following suggestion does not contravene the Model Code of Conduct ! No need for a GR / a law or a need to SELL this idea to opposition !
