No wonder the courts are confused / at a loss , while trying to " interpret " our 78 year old " Drugs and Cosmetics Act - 1940
At that time , there was no internet and no one had even coined the word " Online " !
Hence that Act has no reference ( eg: banning ) to any ONLINE sale !
