[ https://lnkd.in/fN2xCU7 ] ============================ 125 Crore = 1250 million ( roughly, 4 times of the 350 million trees that the Ethiopians managed to plant in just 12 hours ) - for which, Shri Gadkariji is providing 5 YEARS ! I presume , one of the reasons Ethiopians hurried up is : > Immediately after planting a sapling, it needs to be watered and then continued to be watered daily for the next few days until it takes roots Now Ethiopia is a very DRY country with little rains during the monsoon - which then is the BEST time for a tree-plantation drive, since the planted saplings get their water directly from the sky . No human effort needed !
