Skill India: 72 lakh trained, 15 lakh got jobs

How come remaining 57 lakh could NOT get jobs in 5 years ?
May be the " Skills " that got imparted was not the right kind, demanded by those jobs ?
And , Govt has set a target to " Re-Skill " , 200 lakh youth EACH YEAR - with just 15,000 ITIs !
No way , this can happen , unless Govt recasts its Skilling Strategy , around :
