PM has just re-constituted NITI Aayog
Getting more experts involved in framing ( really , drafting ) of POLICIES , is a good idea
What is far more important is to ensure that NITI does not end up being just one more COMMITTEE of the government, whose role ends with making " recommendations " , without any mention of WHO will implement those recommendations - and WHEN ( even may be HOW )
That would be the worst that can happen !
Nor should NITI attempt to usurp the actual IMPLEMENTATION responsibility of any Ministry ( - a kind of some parallel Super Ministry ! )
