All over the world there is a growing realization that many e-Governance issues can vastly benefit through application of Blockchain Technology
In India , under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology , a division known as " National Institute of Smart Governance [ NISG ] " , has come out with a draft paper on this subject
Here are 12 issues where I suggest :
> Function to be performed through e-Governance
> Specific feature of Blockchain technology to be exploited
> Examples of " Approach " to be taken in each case
I urge Shri RaviShankar Prasad / Dr HarshVardhan , to ask NISG team to examine my suggestions
