Although the Government did ban use of Internet in J&K for past 5 months ( - and in UP for a few days ), it will be extremely difficult ( well nigh IMPOSSIBLE ), to ban the internet , all over India - and permanently Indian Navy's recent order banning use of Smart phones by its personnel, must be viewed in this light We may not like Chinese or Russian type control of internet but we should find a MIDDLE PATH , beginning with quick implementation of : Digital Dividend from Demographic Data [ 4 D ] https://lnkd.in/fRqce6R If done , I get a feeling EU may drop GDPR and switch over to our system !
