12 Jan 2020 India does not need to copy from China, everything And even those few things worth copying, we do not need to copy blindly But , we can certainly need to study the working of China's internet based courts ( for Online Dispute Resolution / ODR ) Then, improve upon the same by interjecting a " Human Element " , as described at : Justice delayed is Justice Denied / 12 Sept 2018 , https://lnkd.in/fecN8g7 There is an urgent need to restore people's faith in judiciary !
