No problem to just amend the Constitution and add one more, to the long list of " Fundamental Rights " !
Will make no difference to the health of our citizens
But will provide lots of business to Supreme Court lawyers !
Isn't " Right to Life " , a fundamental right for 75 years ?
And, despite that , 1.6 million children ( under age 5 ) , dying EACH YEAR , due to STARVATION ( which, govt prefers to call " malnutrition " ! ) ?
