For Failing to take some concrete

29 Nov 2019 For failing to take some concrete / urgent steps to stop stubble burning which is the main cause of pollution in Delhi, Supreme Court has been pulling up the Secretaries of Punjab - Haryana - Rajasthan - Delhi, for past few weeks Early this week , SC threatened them with punitive action - without spelling out the " penalties " that SC would consider imposing on them To know my recommendation to SC re the penalty amounts payable by the concerned Ministers / Secretaries, read on : MYBLOGEPAGE.BLOGSPOT.COM Delhi worse than hell ?
