Why are Russia and China , desperately trying to regulate their Social Media / Internet network ?
Because they know something too well, which we in India , are yet to grasp fully, viz :
Tomorrow's wars will be fought by totally paralyzing the web-servers located in enemy territory . No need for army to cross border of missiles to get launched
As in case of Judo, the mantra will be :
" Turn the enemy's own strength against himself "
