These days , both expert Economists and laymen , are debating the pros-and-cons of government proposal for Sovereign Bonds to help with massive investment in Infrastructure Projects
But the danger is building up a huge pile of Foreign Debt , which , future generations of our citizens may find very difficult to re-pay !
