Need public transport to replace private mobility: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman

No doubt, this encouragement to public transport , is a step in the right direction . But, this can be, no more than just ONE step towards our traffic problems
I urge Madam Sitharaman , to evaluate my following comprehensive suggestion , which would, on its own , ensure that , at any given time , sum-total of all 230 million vehicles on India's roads , cause least POLLUTION :
Traffic Congestion ? Finally, a solution in sight ?
