To rein in crimes and de-congest stations, Central Railways Platforms made no-sleep zones

As per 2011 Census , we had 17.3 lakh persons who were homeless - no roof over their heads, even at night !
By now, that number must have gone up
Most of them sleep on footpaths , since there are no " Night Shelters " . Rest try to find a few sq ft on a nearby railway platform
Until government makes alternate sleeping arrangement for ALL of these homeless , they should be allowed to use the platforms
