This is an opportunity for redefining the TV industry
I urge TRAI to ask , both the hardware manufacturers ( TV sets - Set Top boxes - Remotes - TRP measuring devices etc ) and the TV Broadcasters / MSOs etc, why should we not go all the way, and implement :
