Learn to drive sensibly or perish
Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill provides for hefty fine,

But catching the culprit red-handed and collecting the fine ( impossible, on-the-spot / no one carries so much cash ), is going to be one big administrative nightmare , over months
Instead , I urge traffic authorities to resort to some technological innovations, which will work far better
